With 80 percent of e-mails responded to within 8 hours, the Resident Rapid Response Team is here for any student living on-campus at Northeastern who has any question, problem, or concern. The Resident Rapid Response Team has produced quick results, solutions, and answered questions for hundreds of students already, and looks forward to serving many more.
